Craig Adkins currently has over 30 years of experience in the civil industrial construction industry. Craig started his career in the field as a laborer, soon became a surveyor, then superintendent, and ultimately into an estimator/project manager. Through his career Craig has gained the respect and trust of many local clients due to his dedication to safety and quality and overwhelming ability to produce results.
Craig is the operations manager for RamTex and will ensure that each project adheres to the highest standard in terms of safety, quality, and production. He will directly oversee field activities while also pursuing business development.

Jordan Robbins - Business Manager
Jordan Robbins holds a Bachelor’s degree in Science in Construction Management and Minor in Business through Lamar University. In addition he is a tested and Certified Constructor with AIC. Jordan has also gone through the FMI Project Management academy. Jordan has 6 years of construction experience in additional to his schooling which started in the field as a pile driver helper, intern, then ultimately estimator/project manager.
Jordan is the Business Manager for RamTex and is motivated to ensure that all business needs are met for each prospective client while monitoring that the company is in compliance with all requirements necessary to facilitate a service needed by our clients.

Chance Verrett - Health, Safety, and Environment Manager
Chance has over 10 years of experience specializing in HSE Management. Chance brings a wide range of knowledge in HSE from working in different fields such as Oil and Gas, New Construction and remediation Etc. That gives him the ability to generate a positive well-rounded Safety Culture for our employees and clients. Chance has extensive knowledge in developing and implementing Site Safety Programs to ensure that HSE is the forefront of each and every project. Chance is the HSE Manager for RamTex and he will be responsible for implementing company policies and procedures and completing necessary tasks in order to continue our company safety records of zero recordable injuries and also to promote a positive safety culture with a mindset of No accidents, no harm to people and no damage to the Environment.

Tiffane Adkins – Financial Manager
Tiffane Adkins currently has over 20 years of experience in the financial industry. There she has acquired the characteristics and skills to manage large accounts from the banking perspective. She is taking her skills into the business marketplace and maintaining the role of Financial Manager for RamTex.
At RamTex Tiffane will manage all aspects of the financial side of the business as well as weigh in on financial decisions regarding the company. Tiffane will combine her financial background with the skills of the operations manager to ensure our upstream and downstream relationships continue to flourish.
